Loading your invoice workspace…

Yes — alongside the invoicing tools, we build websites for small businesses, done for you. There are three one-time packages — Basic $100, Pro $250 and Business $500 — and, at the top end, a Custom System quoted on scope for businesses that want a complete system of their own. There is no monthly website fee, your domain and hosting stay in your own name (we guide you through them free), and the Pro and Business packages each bundle a free year of the matching Invoicekin plan. This article explains why a small business needs a website of its own in the first place, exactly what each package includes, and how ordering works, step by step.
One line to take away before the detail: a social media page is rented ground. A website is ground you own.
A Facebook or Instagram page is useful, but it is not yours. The platform decides who sees your posts, the page can be restricted or buried by an algorithm change you never hear about, and a customer who finds you there still has nowhere solid to land: no full menu with prices, no services list that stays put, no map, no enquiry form that reaches you directly.
A website fixes all of that in one place. It is the address you print on your invoices, your shop sign and your delivery boxes. When someone searches for what you do, a website is what shows up with your name on it — your services, your prices, your WhatsApp button, your opening hours — presented the way you chose, not the way a feed ordered it that morning.
For a restaurant, the difference is concrete: your current menu, with current prices, on a page you control — instead of a photographed menu from two years ago circulating in a chat group. For a shop or a services business, it is your catalogue and your enquiry form, open around the clock, including the hours you are busy doing the actual work.
Every package is a one-time price. There is no monthly website fee, and anything beyond your package is quoted and agreed before we start — never billed as a surprise. The packages differ by size and by how much selling machinery they carry:
| Package | One-time price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $100 | 5-page business website (Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact), mobile-first design, services / products list, WhatsApp + call buttons, Google Map, contact form, basic SEO setup, 1 revision round |
| Pro | $250 | Everything in Basic, plus: up to 10 pages, menu / products catalogue with prices, booking / enquiry forms, blog section, social links, full on-page SEO, 2 revision rounds, Invoicekin Pro free for 1 year |
| Business | $500 | Everything in Pro, plus: up to 20 pages, full catalogue / store-style showcase, order / enquiry system (form + WhatsApp orders), multi-location pages, Invoicekin Business free for 1 year, 3 revision rounds, 30 days of post-launch support |
Basic is delivered in about 5 days, Pro in about 7–10 days, and Business on priority delivery in about 10–14 days. Those windows assume you send us your content — business name, services or products list with prices, photos if you have them — reasonably promptly; a website cannot be finished around content that has not arrived.
Each package includes its revision rounds (1 on Basic, 2 on Pro, 3 on Business): after you see the site, you send one consolidated list of changes per round and we apply it. Changes beyond the included rounds, or features outside the package, are quoted separately and agreed with you first.
Step 1 — Fill in the form on the Services page: your name, your business type, the package you want (or “Not sure yet”), and a WhatsApp number or email. Step 2 — We reply and confirm the scope with you, so both sides agree exactly what will be built. Step 3 — You pay 50% advance to start the work; nothing is charged on the website itself. Step 4 — We build the site. Step 5 — You review it and use your revision rounds. Step 6 — The site launches, and the remaining 50% is due when the website is delivered and you have seen it live.
This part is deliberate, and it is where many cheap website offers quietly keep control of your business: with us, you buy the domain and hosting in your own name and your own accounts, so the website is fully your property from day one. If you do not have them yet, tell us in the form — we guide you through buying them, free, step by step, before we start building. Leave us one day, and everything stays with you: domain, hosting, website.
The same thinking is why there are no lock-ins anywhere in the offer: one-time prices, your property, and a bundled free year of Invoicekin (Pro package → Invoicekin Pro free for 1 year; Business package → Invoicekin Business free for 1 year) that you are free to continue or drop at the end of the year.
Some businesses do not just want a website — they want a complete system of their own, the way Invoicekin itself is built: their full products catalogue on their own site, a complete invoicing and billing system (invoices, clients, payments tracking) behind it, and their own admin panel to run it all, for their own business's own use. We build that too. It is the Custom System tier on the Services page.
It suits a business that has outgrown subscription tools and spreadsheets — one that wants its catalogue, its billing and its records in one system it owns, shaped around how it actually works. There is no fixed price for it, because no two systems are the same: first we have a conversation about what you need, then you receive a quote based on that scope, before any work starts. Choose “Custom System” in the Services form to start that conversation.
Honesty about the edges: we do not promise search rankings, sales or traffic figures — no builder honestly can. The packages do not include writing your whole catalogue from scratch, photography, or running your ads; if you need work beyond your package, it is quoted separately and only starts with your agreement. What is promised is exactly what is listed: the pages, the features, the delivery window, the revision rounds — and a website that is your property.

Three one-time packages: Basic $100 (5 pages), Pro $250 (up to 10 pages with catalogue and forms) and Business $500 (up to 20 pages with a store-style showcase and ordering). There is no monthly website fee. A complete Custom System is priced separately, as a custom quote after a conversation about the scope.
Yes — completely. You buy the domain and hosting in your own name and accounts (we guide you free, step by step, if you don't have them), so the website is 100% your property. Nothing is locked to us.
Fill in the form on the Services page, we confirm the scope with you, then 50% advance starts the work. We build, you review and use your revision rounds, and the remaining 50% is due when the website is delivered and live. No payment is taken on the website itself.
The Pro package includes Invoicekin Pro free for 1 year, and the Business package includes Invoicekin Business free for 1 year. On every package, guidance through buying your domain and hosting in your own name is free too.
Yes — that is the Custom System tier: your full products catalogue on your own site, a complete invoicing/billing system (invoices, clients, payments tracking) and your own admin panel, built for your business's own use. It has no fixed price: we talk through what you need first, then quote on the scope. Choose “Custom System” in the Services form.
